Arnold Perlstein (The Magic School Bus, 1994-1997)

Remember those lines before Little Richard would sing his first verse for the theme song to The Magic School Bus? And to think that Arnold from The Magic School Bus on many occasions during field trips wished he ever stayed home. I've lost count how often he has said that.

Arnold has two major outfits beyond his default one:
Baseball - white baseball cap, magic school bus emblem on baseball cap, yellow collared shirt, blue knee-length baseball pants, dark blue belt, tall white baseball socks
Spacesuit - yellow spacesuit, blue accents, light blue space gloves, blue space belt, blue space boots
