The LoRA seems to work pretty well, character consistency is solid. I tested it with different checkpoints: most of them give good results, though with a few, the hair and beard change, while others make him shorter and broader, or exaggerate the muscle mass and torso V-shape too much. Overall, it's a great result! Considering you haven't been making LoRAs and checkpoints for very long, you're already doing an amazing job.
