Satsuki Iranami the Ultimate Clown from the Danganronpa fangame Danganronpa Another.

This is enough of a rework of the Satsuki dataset that I'd used for prior loras to make me want to bump the versioning to a new 2.0 branch.

Prompting

Both tags and natural language caption style prompting should work along with combinations of the two. Personally I prefer the combination approach.

She has medium length blue hair that extends to chin length. She has yellow eyes. She's wearing a brown pleated skirt with black knee length socks and white shoes.

Styles

You should be able to evoke two different styles without additional loras. The anime style is based on the Danganronpa 3 anime and the sprite style evokes a somewhat stylized version of the sprite style found in the official Danganronpa games.

I also tried to provide a style to emulate the in-game features from Danganronpa S. You can try to evoke it with something like the following.

Model notes

Chroma: The main issue I'm seeing so far with the chroma is the star and moon dangling from the poms on her hat. The lora will typically generate a star on each pom rather than a star on one pom and a moon on the other.

Methodology

The biggest issue with this lora was just the small amount of high-quality art to train on. The official redone HD sprites are great. However, there's always a risk of ovrertraining on the style itself with that limited a set. And there's not a lot of 3rd party art. I tried to carefully tailor the dataset to allow for extra styles and not fall back 'too' hard on the HD sprite images. I was tempted to use synthetic data but the diversity in the dataset was 'just' high enough that I didn't think it was the best choice. In the end I think it came out fairly well given the limitations.
