The trigger word is "shoeske", though it helps to also describe the concept with "shoeske [character] is just a head with a pair of [shoe type] coming from it's neck". It seems to work across a wide variety of styles, from anime to realism. It does seem a bit inconsistent in terms of getting the concept right, so you may need multiple generations to get what you want.
