Black Cat / Felicia Hardy LoRA

This LoRA is my personal tribute to my favorite fictional character of all time: Black Cat, Felicia Hardy. I wanted a version that feels premium, cinematic, and character-forward, with the iconic look treated like real wardrobe, not a gimmick. If you have been wanting a high-quality Black Cat LoRA built for striking photoreal and cinematic results, this is the one I made for that purpose.

I now have two separate versions of this character LoRA, one built for FLUX and one built for ZImageTurbo.

The FLUX version is the more developed version overall, with especially strong results for cinematic prompting, high-end realism, and richer scene-building.

The ZImageTurbo version is flexible, identity-strong, and capable of producing very high quality images with clean prompting. It responds especially well when identity phrasing and clothing phrasing are kept simple, direct, and deliberate.

What this LoRA is built to do

Core identity and signature look

  • Strong character identity with an emphasis on an attractive, sleek silhouette.

  • The signature black suit look stays consistent and responds well to small modifications, rather than collapsing into random reinterpretations.

  • The domino mask is the default and is tuned to look clean and flattering when prompted.

Optional mask, controllable hair

  • The mask is designed to be on by default, but you can explicitly prompt a bare face for Felicia.

  • Hair is designed to be promptable across a small set of recurring hairstyles, so you can swap looks without losing identity.

Style and rendering focus

  • Optimized for photorealistic, cinematic imagery, with strong results in modern “movie still” style prompts.

  • Also works across a range of styles if you push it, but the center of gravity is realistic, high-end rendering.

Try with "comic-style illustration" and "anime-style illustration", I think you'll be happy with the result.

Model versions

FLUX

The FLUX version is the main version of this LoRA and the one with the fullest overall presentation. It is built for striking photoreal, cinematic lighting, strong face consistency, and a polished character-forward look.

It handles the signature suit, the mask, and mask-off portraits especially well, and it has the strongest range when you want more layered prompts, more stylized scene setups, or more dramatic rendering.

ZImageTurbo

The ZImageTurbo version is a separate version of the same character built for clean, strong, character-focused results. It remains prompt-responsive, keeps the identity intact well, and holds onto the face, hair, and outfit language with very good consistency.

It can distinguish clearly between Black Cat and Felicia depending on how you phrase the prompt.

Quick tips for generation

Trigger word

Use this as your character trigger:

blackhardy

Keep it near the front of the prompt.

Guidance and strength

  • Start with your LoRA weight around 0.8 to 1.0, then adjust.

  • If the suit details weaken too much, raise LoRA weight slightly and keep suit wording explicit.

Good phrasing for identity

For identity, keep the wording simple, direct, and repeatable.

Good phrasing includes:

  • platinum-white hair

  • black domino mask

  • fair skin

  • blue eyes

  • arched eyebrows

  • bare face

  • elegant expression

  • confident expression

For mask-off images, use explicit phrasing like "bare face" instead of relying on weak negation.

For ZImageTurbo in particular, "bare face" and "arched eyebrows" are both useful when you want Felicia to read clearly as distinct from the masked Black Cat look.

Good phrasing for clothing

For the classic look, keep the clothing language literal and easy for the model to hold onto.

Good phrasing includes:

  • glossy black bodysuit

  • glossy black zip-front suit

  • white fur trim

  • white gloves

  • white fur-trimmed high-heeled boots

  • black choker

This is especially useful for ZImageTurbo, where direct outfit language tends to work better than overly decorative phrasing. See my image collection for more examples.

Notes

I usually do original character design, but worth mentioning that this is a fan creation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel.

I hope you have a lot of fun with this LoRA and get the kind of images this character deserves. If you generate something you like, please leave a comment and post your results on the page so we can build a great collection together!
