This is an Illustrious lora for Rouen from the Shining Tears anime and video game series. Rouen was once a pirate and later a leader of the nation United Trading Nation Seiran. He loved adventure too much and often neglected his duties and left his steward Shumari in charge. He finally showed up to lead when the nation was in the middle of a war only to leave again, giving up the crown to Hyoun.
A weight of 1 to 1.5 works well with this with most models. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 3.5 to 7.5.
