Trigger word is "mgpmn" and "pointy ears, purple eyes, facial mark, third eye, blue hair, hair between eyes, very long hair, blue skin, long fingernails, red nails" is required.
Add "earrings, neck ring, gold ring, lip piercing, nipple chain, linked piercing, nipple piercing, nipple rings, navel piercing, white pants" for her typical look.
"Ghost tail" causes her legs to dissolve into magical smoke, but is slightly inconsistent.
