This LoRA capturesGoo Goo Ga Ga (commonly just “Goo”), the hyperactive,motor-mouthed,girl fromFoster's Home for Imaginary Friends(voiced by Grey DeLisle). Goo is pure, unfiltered chaos energy:she talks nonstop, creates imaginary friends at an insane rate, invents ridiculous names, and has zero volume control. She's the ultimate"little sister" character—excitable, creative, and impossible to ignore.
