Mercedes Cortez from GTA Vice City. Trigger prompt is "MercedesCortez", for her in-game oufit "crop top, cropped jacket, skirt, striped pantyhose" and various combinations of jewelry.

Trained in XL Animagine. For outfits see her 1.5 versions, yet her hair is mostly consistent if you use "black hair, multicolored hair". "Tanned skin" is also recommended.

Updated version with some tweaks to the tags and training. Baked in all the hair color prompts to try and get her streaked hair more consistent-the initial version is recommended if you want more flexibility.
