Trigger: mechanical_hair or cable_hair (You can use them alone or together for different effects.)
Settings:
Lora weight: 0.8 - 2 (1.5 seems like the sweet spot to me.)
Sampler: Euler a, 28 steps
CFG: 4
Clip skip: 2
