An easy to use LORA, that should work on all Anima & SDXL models (Illustrious, NAI, SDXL, Pony) to help with adjusting a subject's muscle mass. You can adjust it both ways with minimal distortion to the character. Negative values remove muscle definition and create a leaner appearance. Positive values add muscle mass with progressively better muscle tone, definition, and eventually size.

Anima version

Tested range is -2 to 2.

Recommended range 0.5 to 1 for adding muscle.

It should work well on both JANIMA and ANIMA base.

Illustrious & NAI Version
Tested range: -10 to +10.

Recommend strength 3-6 for normal usage.

Negative values (-10 to 0): Progressively leaner appearance with reduced muscle definition
Positive values (0 to +10): Progressively more muscle mass with enhanced muscle tone and definition

Check the plot images to see the progression of muscle definition and tone at different strength levels from 0 to 10!

Note: Feel free to test beyond the standard range to find the effect you like! Higher positive weights will give more pronounced muscle definition and tone. Experiment with different weights to see what works best for your desired result.
