This particular lora was made both with having her antlerless (as is with the original design) and with antlers. I went with my own interpretation of antlers that'd look good with the design, but overall the lora is quite flexible.
Her "young" form (the one with the backwards baseball cap) has also been trained somewhat, but I'd imagine you'd need to put a bit more effort to get the design one-to-one.
