“Noppo” is a Japanese nickname meaning “tall one” or “the tall girl.” It comes from the Japanese word noppo (のっぽ), a casual term for a tall person, especially someone noticeably taller than those around them. So “Noppo” is less like a conventional given name and more like a teasing, descriptive nickname, similar to calling someone “Tall Girl” or “Longlegs” in English.
