Concept LoRA to enhance snow and snowing. LoRA should improve amount of visible falling snow, better snow on characters/objects. Improves snow on clothing / hair.

Tried to make heavier snowfall by adding blizzard, but it's not doing heavy snowfall as I would want it to do.

Recommending both blizzard and snowing for best effect.

LoRA weight : 0.6-1.2
