Use strength value of 0.75 up to 0.9 for best results .

Illustrious Files :

• Balanced : This is mainly what you need and want to download for every purpose.

• Lite : If you feel balanced still affects pose or visuals , This is an earlier epoch with less personality and more adaptability.

• OVERCOOKED : Basically Avoid this ! This was my first attempt when I was learning yet, used a huge dataset with aggressive learning rate, It contains the visual art style of the Flux illustrations, It is bias on standing poses, is terrible at everything but could be used for realism and simple poses.

• Alpha : This is my second attempt, still is overcooked but less than the OVERCOOKED version. not recommended unless you have very specific simple use case.

• Beta : This is actually the latest epoch of the Balanced version (3rd attempt) , better dataset, moderate learning rate, It is better than the first 2 attempts but was epoch number 12 , while balanced version is epoch number 5 .. so go figure!
