NL Mix

NL Mix generates semi-realistic images, blending realistic details with artistic elements typical of animation. It creates detailed portraits of girls with a focus on natural skin textures, expressive eyes, and stylized hairstyles. The model is perfect for generating atmospheric portraits with sensual elements, allowing for the use of various clothing items such as lingerie and accessories, while maintaining smooth lines and light expressions.

The model has issues with fingers — a recurring trait in nearly all Illustrious-based checkpoints for realistic and semi-realistic generations I’ve tested. For some reason, anime versions handle hands with minimal artifacts. Therefore, complex hand poses may require extra attention: inpainting or ControlNet to achieve clean results.

For the face, it is necessary to use ADetailer
