This monochromatic surveillance aesthetic is defined by the cold gaze of automated observation.

It is a fusion of teal-tinged static, digital decay, and omnipresent HUD overlays.

My main inspiration was the concept of "Failing Futuristic Surveillance State" , where every face is scanned and every movement logged.
