Elely from Wakfu

Elely from the tv series Wakfu (2008), a French animated fantasy adventure series set in the Krosmoz universe where Yugo and the Brotherhood of the Tofu face magical threats across the World of Twelve, is the daughter of Sir Percedal of Sadlygrove and Evangelyne and the twin sister of Flopin. She is introduced after the original seasons in the special episodes and becomes more prominent in Season 3, where her Iop heritage makes her bold, physical, and quick to jump into danger. In the story she travels with her family and becomes involved in the conflict with Oropo and the Siblings, often showing far more interest in direct action than caution or planning.
