Trigger word is "fesgn" and "blue hair, hair over one eye, short hair, blue eyes, blue lipstick, mole under mouth" is required.
Add "blue armor, blue cape, shoulder armor, white dress, short dress, belt, white gloves, blue thighhighs" for her typical look.
