Long Tongue

a very light model for long tongues, slightly longer than normal but not inhuman.

This worked well for me:

(long_tongue:1.1) <lora:Long_Tongue_Lora:0.6>

and DONT use restore faces, it will try to make the tongue back into a lower lip.

In addition you might want to add Open mouth and perfect/pretty teeth incase the model forgets that stuff.

Works well on realistic and semi realistic, only tested on one cartoony and got horrors.

Also works well with prompts like ((wet)) and ((holding icecream))
