[Qwen-Image] Simple Upscale Workflow Reviews

Finally something that works out of the box. Although it wasn't precisely what I was after, it does seem to redraw based on the denoised image, and doesn't take too long. This workflow should be updated to take advantage of the new Qwen Edit 2509 model, I plugged it in and it worked just fine, and the new Lightning 4 step 2509 LoRA that goes with it was also used.
