I suggest using a weight of 1 for the official outfit, for other outfits I suggest lowering it until the "official outfit" stops appearing when unprompted.
This one isn't perfect, I couldn't fix the outfit coming up when unprompted on higher weights, I decided to upload it anyway, so enjoy!
