This is Toriyama Akira's classic art style. Its mostly trained on Dragon Ball art and other franchises like Dragon Quest.
Suggested weight: 0.8 to 1.0
Try with weight 1 and if its too weird lower the weight. I have examples with both weights sometimes 1 looks really nice.
