Taffy Dare from Captain Caveman, also the o l d cartoon from 1977. This one was also a little tough, the caps were just as bad quality, But I still managed to make it passable.

I tried to do this one a little more precise, so it works on lora strength 1, but you can 0.8-0.9 too.

As usual, flat color, cartoon, or parody can mimic the animated effect pretty good.
