It only gives him a jaw + responds to mouth-related Tags with the "genocide tabi" tag applied. Just replace "Normal tabi" with "Genocide tabi" in the tags required for the normal version, if you still want his normal version instead.
Removing "floating head" gives him a neck. "Furry male" or "Skeleton" can further help with giving him a body.
