This LORA isn't just for "Big Hands". It's for a certain kind of big hands. Specifically, the kind where their forearms blend into their hands, and their wrists are either smoothed out or covered up. I'm actually uncertain if this will generate properly considering it was only trained on 20 images, but if you want a very specific kind of design in your characters, this can probably fill that role.
