This LoRA tries to emulate Chaosexceed's art style. They seem to be very much focused on feet. Unfortunately, AI does toes and feet about as well as it does fingers and hands. You may want to grab some embedding for that.

This dataset didn't contain anything uncouth - except for those degenerates aroused by feet at least - so there weren't any censors.
