This model is made specifically to generate Komeiji Koishi with her third eye open. Trained on 99% of pool:Touhou - Komeiji Koishi - Open Eyes of Love.
The lora seems to mess up her eye strings somewhat, so you might want to include heart of string in your prompt. I tagged everything with open third eye, but I don't think you need to use it when generating.
