🔮 FullAiLady - Ravena

Ravena is a custom character LoRA trained entirely from a single reference image using Flux Dev Kontext, expanded into a 127-image dataset. That base image was originally created with my FullBigTTgothGFLady model — and it served as the foundation to build Ravena's identity across a variety of settings.

This project was my first attempt at a full Character LoRA, and it became an experimental deep dive into how far a consistent face and body type could be expanded using Kontext.

The dataset features Ravena in:

• Different framing (shoulder-up, mid-body, full-body)

• Varied poses, lighting, and expressions

• A wide range of outfits (casual, gothic, elegant, candid, and boudoir)

It was a fun and rewarding process to learn the ropes of prompt engineering with Kontext and see how far one good image can go when you build on it the right way.

🕯️ Ravena - Character Lore

From Montreal’s underground to your screen, Ravena is an alt-model whose style and attitude make blending in impossible. With her striking green eyes, signature black lipstick, and unmistakable presence, she’s carved out her own niche in the city’s goth and alternative fashion scene. Whether hosting live art streams, modeling for indie designers, or vibing through dimly lit cafés with a notebook full of ideas, Ravena exudes confidence, mystery, and unapologetic self-expression. Offline, she keeps a low profile — but online, she’s built a cult following drawn to her aesthetic, her voice, and the way she blends elegance with edge. She doesn’t chase trends — she creates them.

🔥 FullAiLady - Mira

Mira was built as a challenge, not as an aesthetic project. She was never meant to be perfect. She was meant to be difficult.

Unlike other FullAiLady characters, Mira was developed entirely using Nano Banana starting from a single baseline image. Instead of refining symmetry and beauty, the goal was to test how well Flux Dev could preserve unusual physical traits without averaging them out.

Design Intent

Mira was created around the idea of deliberate asymmetry and adaptive consistency. The main identity traits were trained to remain stable:

• One blue eye and one brown eye

• Two large black ear stretch tunnels

• Snakebites with black rings and small metal beads

• One central black labret stud

• A single eyebrow piercing on the same side as her blue eye

• Red hair, with brightness changing naturally depending on lighting

Accuracy was the priority, but flexibility was also built in. Mira can be generated with different hair colors and hairstyles while still remaining recognizably herself. The eye colors can be pushed into different tones as well, but the success rate is lower.

The ear tunnels and snakebites are the most consistent features. The septum ring is less stable, especially in full-body renders. The best results are from waist-up to face close-up shots.

Intentional irregularities were included during training such as small variations in piercing positioning and angle. Just like in real life where piercings can slightly shift over time. This may be why the septum ring occasionally renders incorrectly.

🧨Mira – Character Lore

Mira is in her late twenties and was born in a quiet rural town. The kind of place where nobody speaks directly but everyone pays attention. Something like the atmosphere of the village in the TV series Dark.

Locals call her “the girl with the eyes.” Some say it as admiration. Others avoid looking at her for too long. There is an intensity in the way she observes the world.

Her red hair and piercings are not rebellion. They are a way to define her space and shape how she is seen. She does not chase attention and rarely seeks company. She spends late nights driving with no destination, sketching ideas in notebooks, or walking in empty areas just to think.

Mira does not follow trends. She does not set them either. She exists almost outside of that cycle. She does not try to be memorable, but people remember her anyway.
