Okay, this is another model of Jingna (but for art style), Jingna was MAD that I uploaded a realistic Jingna face model. The MOD sent me a message and said that she wanted it taken down.
After her face model was removed, Jingna created drama on social media and her blog, expressing that she didn’t pursue a lawsuit due to a lack of time or not illegal .😅

I believe it’s very unlikely that someone would make sexual content with that realistic Jingna face, in my humble opinion, since the aesthetic sense of that model is...😅However, she emphasizes the potential for creating sexual content featuring the model. 😎😎😎
But who knows? You can't stop someone from creating celebrity photos using FaceWarp in their basement with Photoshop, even before AI models existed. I wonder if she thinks that crying enough could help her situation.
Moving to an Amish community could actually provide a way to avoid having one's photos taken and uploaded online, which prevents them from being manipulated with Photoshop or AI. However, this is clearly not what she wants; she aspires to be a celebrity and desires her artwork to fetch a good price.
Yet, she struggles to cope with people commenting on her artwork is" lacking creativity", leading her to resort to emotional manipulation.
If you can't handle seeing your photos being photoshopped, then don't be a celebrity. This is common sense.
However, she immediately jumped to the sexual content, which isn't related to what happened, and started crying.
Additionally, her fans on cara.app seem to be looking for some form of 'justice'... 😆🤣

I know Jingna must have some lawyer friends who understand that artistic expression, satire, and critical commentary are protected forms of speech under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. I suspect that's why Jingna's lawyer hasn't reached out to me yet. I'm curious to see how she plans to convince the judge that Glaze and Nightshade are actually functional. LOL. I'm patiently waiting for you, Jingna. 😉
Those satire images are originally uploaded to civitai, everyone should know they were made by AI, not try to fake it as the photography of any real person.
