Here's my 3rd LORA! It's American Maid, from the 1994 cartoon The Tick!

CLOTHES: choker, US print dress, short dress, star maid headwear, elbow gloves, stilettos, lipstick
OPTIONAL: eye color (blue or black...the show depicts her with both, but the LORA was trained primarily with black eyes), mature woman, toned thighs, (barefoot, toes)
