Miyuki Kuroi (or just Miyu in English translations) is a supporting character in Mega Man Battle Network games and anime. She is the operator of SkullMan.EXE and runs an antique shop in DenTown. In the anime she is also a fortune teller. Also she's the best battle network girl ;)

Anima: Works with strength 1. Updated the old dataset with some anime screenshots to increase the accuracy for generating her outfit. Lowering strength slightly can help if the lora's innate style interferes with alternate style loras.Illustrious: Lora works with strength 1.
