Through the lens of the concentric zone model, I could not help but wonder about the neighboring valleys to the infamous uncanny valley.

  • What makes that one so uncanny? What was the control group to warrant the distinction?

  • Where did the too disturbing that had to relocate for acceptable uncanniness go? Wonderful question.

  • How about the North Koreans, they self-isolate? No valley we knew of, so I visited the nice museum for us all to learn.

  • Did they kick the sausage and corn cob people out because “No one wants to watch the Stepford Sausage Cob Wives” and eugenics is the rule of law in the valley? IDK.

  • Did the SDXL citizens get kicked out of the valley by the Fluxists for their powers of insanity? Not sure, but I am replacing them for us all. By the boatload. Illegally crossing the border with fentanyl at that.

  • Where did the too normal for the uncanny valley folks go? Don’t speak of that. I have no interest. You won’t find them here.

I did find some colorized pictures of Spanky McFarland and some Norman Rockwell paintings I thought looked nice but didn’t have enough Harlequinism or disproportionately long digits, so I went ahead and took care of that and then threw them into the can for good measure. I thought they would make for a nice touch and fight the North Koreans. They do.

Engagement

Strength 0.4-1, or -0.1- - 0.4

Normal use, start around .7. Negative use essentially causes your prompt to produce either animated style, have an opposite effect, or result in hell in the most glorious way possible. I cannot explain. Not certain civit shows lora weights in examples, but there are a few. If it’s brownish, HD, and plant look dead, that’s it. The super HD Looking heads disintegrating into things are negative weights too.

Optional trigger “I8ac1d4u canned-valleys aesthetic”. Pick and choose parts of that to omit for varying effect. May introduce cans in the scene here and there but is good because it seems to do some tunnel type effect at times and make crazier scenery. Works fine without any trigger.

Other helpful topics/terms- dreams, collages, cursed, propaganda, corn, hot dogs, birds, fish, landscapes, the army, hand tools, surgery performed (of course not with the aforementioned hand tools or at the hands of the helpful army), peasants, food, political people/things, fingers, hell, animals, fantasy, religion (tip- apparently Mary Magdelene was a bearded lady according to this LoRA), art styles, etc.

The weirder the prompt, the better. Prompt adherence is sometimes great, sometimes so insane it makes you laugh

Works excellent with Mad-Lib style wild cards and will make sense of any nonsense you throw at it doing so.
