Jimmy Neutron's hyperactive, dimwitted Ultra Lord Ultra-Fanboy friend who absolutely never had a spinoff series. His relatively normal, and stable relationship with Libby is a funny contrast to Cindy and Jimmy’s bickering. I don’t know why the wiki lists his middle name as “Juarrera”: The DVD subtitles for Make Room for Daddy-O clearly say it’s “Guevara”, and I can also find a few Spanish press releases for a non-existent spin-off that use that as his middle name.
