Keiko from the Ota Guchi Field developed games notably Country Girl Keiko
A bit of a weird one to train as she's pretty generic as far as characters go but I thought why not

Keiko appears in two games one following her younger sister Yutaka where she is a side character and Country Girl Keiko which is a prequel set years earlier where she is the protagonist and supposedly younger. On a first glance her appearance looks the same between both games minus her outfit but to be safe I made two character triggers
There's a bunch of notes on nearly every tag below because of the way this game was designed i.e. the developers being lazy and recycling her assets

Optional - glasses (Only really appears on her timid appearance, she seems to wear contacts otherwise)
Optional - opaque glasses (Her glasses sometimes do this to sell the timid aspect, remove green eyes if using)
Character - mole on breast (Obviously only use when nude of breasts are exposed)

Outfit - black shirt, t-shirt, green skirt, pleated skirt (Her outfit in the intro of Country Girl Keiko)
Outfit - black dress, pinafore dress, turtleneck, yellow sweater, long sleeves (Her outfit in the Yutaka game, helps sell her more mature appearance)
