Trigger word is "vcignth" and "dark blue hair, short hair, dark blue eyes" is required.
Add "neck ribbon, beige poncho, fringe trim, blue tunic, pleated skirt, blue skirt, striped skirt, belt, black gloves, vertical-striped thighhighs, blue thighhighs, brown boots, knee boots" for her typical look.
Replace "dark blue hair" with "black hair" to taste (it's sort of unclear which color is legitimate...)
