Lin from Soul of the Samurai, a Playstation One game by a game developed and published by Konami.
It's a game I like to describe as "An early alpha of Onimusha that Konami made instead of Capcom" mostly because you can dodge by double tapping a direction. Overall, it's a beat'em up with horror elements.
It has a cool soundtrack btw, if you're not interested in the game, at least give it a listen
