You could add twintails to the negative prompts when trying to get the default outfit, this is helpful when you are getting twintails on the default outfit since I'm still pretty bad at separating them. This also applies to other elements with the same issues.
The default outfit could be better, it doesn't look close to the original but I think is good enough for now, would do an update next time.
