I recommend not using ADetailer on the hands, as the AI modifies the color and makes them look out of style, they will look much better if you only use it on the face.
It can be combined with other character Loras, only that depending on the training of the other Lora you want to combine it with the strength may differ. Try first with 1 and 1, if you see that the original style of the character prevails, try decreasing it to 0.9 or 0.8 and leave this style at 1.
