What I use & settings: Euler Ancestral CFG++ & "Simple" Sampler, Base Res of 1216x1536 with 1.5x Hires fix, 12 Hires steps & 0.2 denoise, ADetailer at 1024x1024 & 0.3 Denoise, Guidance Limiter with default settings (5.42 & 0.28).
