Ethan Kairos/Tokio Horou from Time Hollow, a game developed by Konami and Tenki
Played this game last year. While I'm not a big fan of time travel plots anymore, but Time Hollow managed to keep me engaged somehow. Had to use a sprite ripping tool to get some stuff from the game.
