[LoRA] Sea dragon / 海竜 Concept (With dropout & noise version)

A LoRa model trained with dropout & block weights.

This is a LoRa model that trained by 17 img generated with NijiV5,and it's the noise version.

This model can generate a sea dragon background with fins, which can be used as decoration when adding character descriptions, and can be adjusted through weights.

The color style mainly uses a blue-green-white color scheme.

weight 0.6-1.0 maybe generates better imgs,trigger is Seadragon, but it is unnecessary.
