This is a lycors\locon you have to use the additional networks extension or the lycoris extension for this to work.

There is like a trend I see a character I don't know on twitter and start training them and these chars are from gacha games most of the time.
I haven't tested that model much but it seems to work fine at strength 1.0. Her hair ornament seems to get weird sometimes if you need guidance look at the metadata
