The act of feeling nervous or shy, characterized by twiddling fingers, uneasy body movements and a bashful expression.
I think it looks better when combined with "steepled fingers" and "index fingers together".
upturned eyes:
For when a character's eyes are pointed upwards relative to their face. This is often done to look cute, coy, childish, timid, submissive, or pleading.
