Yevgeny Tikhonovich Migunov (1921–2004) was a Soviet and Russian illustrator, animator, and director whose work made a lasting impact on Russian culture. He is best known for his iconic illustrations of children's books, including Nikolai Nosov's Dunno series and Gianni Rodari's The Adventures of Cipollino. Migunov's art is distinguished by its vivid detail, lively characters, and subtle humor, making it beloved by generations of readers. In addition to his illustration work, he made significant contributions to Soviet animation, participating in projects such as The Adventures of Buratino and The Snow Queen. His creative legacy remains a symbol of childhood wonder and inspiration.
