Biko Daitokuji (大徳寺美子) - Akagiyama-23 suit 赤城山２３号

I originally meant to train this as a transferrable concept, but wires got crossed and trained this under another character's name. Will retrain as a concept sometime before end of Spring

Biko Daitokuji from the classic anime video series "Project A-Ko." This model is meant to make her helmet more prominent but still a toggle. You can change the hair and helmet colors it would seem.
