Trigger word is "sdgamma" and "pointy ears, dark blue hair, very long hair, dark blue eyes" is required.
Add "black bodysuit, bodystocking, cleavage cutout, gold trim, black gloves, black boots, high heel boots" for her regular look.
Add "necklace, dark blue dress, long dress, detached sleeves, frilled dress, high heels" for her dress.
"Mole under mouth" adds her mole, but often adds too many moles; try reducing its weight (e.g. (mole under mouth:0.7))
