No trigger is required, but anya_melfissa will reinforce, a weight of 1-0.8 works fine for most purposes, I suggest lowering it a bit more when you want to play around with different dresses.
This Anya model is very good at creating her default outfit, pretty much just include: girl, long hair some extra tags that help with the default outfit: black dress, detached sleeves, leg ribbon, frills, thigh strap
