我训练强度并不高，所以权重一般 1 是可以的，但部分情况可能糖葫芦会溢出，根据不同模型，在 0.5~1 之间自行调整吧。

My training intensity is not high, so the weight is generally 1. But in some cases, the candied haws may overflow. According to different models, adjust it between 0.5 and 1.
