Hires.fix: Recommended Upscale value is around 0~2.0, denoising strength is 0.1~0.2.

Not recommended. There are very serious issues. The quality of the dataset is so poor that the model's output has a very 'dirty' style. Switching to another checkpoint might help alleviate this issue when you are using it. To improve this model, the entire dataset would need to be replaced and recollected.
